Notes:
* July 2nd, 2008: Fifth public release 0.9.
  * Allow should.&lt;predicate&gt;? as well as should.&lt;predicate&gt;.
  * Add shared contexts.
  * Nested contexts now run the
    setups/teardowns/before(:all)/after(:all) of their parents.
