Unfortunately, guile{,14}/buildlink3.mk directly includes it, and I don't
know which dependencies actually need libltdl, so it was a recursive bump.
Hopefully this recursive inclusion can be ripped out of
guile{,14}/buildlink3.mk at some point and bubble down to dependencies that
actually use libltdl, avoiding this headache in the future....
Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues. Update libtool to 1.5.102004-10-03T00:12:51Ztvtv2004-10-03T00:12:51Zurn:sha1:b5510d5a2d7f9a1406603d922ae5d8548950233c
