cuetools is a set of utilities for working with cue and toc files.
It includes the following programs:
* cueconvert
Convert between cue and toc formats.
* cuebreakpoints
Output track break points from a cue/toc file, in a format usable by
shnsplit (part of the shntool package).
* cuerename
Rename files based on a template.
