Reimport net/ish into net/ishell because we already have 2004-04-11T23:58:23Z minskim minskim 2004-04-11T23:58:23Z urn:sha1:642b6a2bc77d350c825a947c70f8903b185543b5 converters/ish. A couple of file names are also changed to avoid conflicts with converters/ish.
