The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Also note that the version is 1.0, while scribus is 1.1.1; the new documentation is not available yet. Also the distfile doesn't have a package version -- the scribus developer is going to fix that.
