like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.

Amanda::Constants::AMANDA_COMPONENTS having 'server' as one of it's
values.  Instead of conditionally trying to eval in Amanda::XferServer,
do it unconditionally. The effect is (nearly) the same.</content>
