It also has an install option which does a merge of /etc with etcmanage, but this needs to be done on the same machine as the build. new script INSTALL-NetBSD which takes a releasedir and does a binary upgrade (kernel, userland, merges etc with etcmange, but DOES NOT TOUCH BOOTBLOCKS).
