Update clusterit to 1.3.
Fixes a few bugs, makes it more portable to
other operating systems, gives about 20% speedup in command processing,
adds SIGINT processing to give up on the current node, formats output
much nicer, makes pdf work on more operating systems, and other
fine enhancements.
