Add the ability to map a MACHINE_ARCH to a GNU architecture name:
- ${GNU_ARCH.${TARGET_ARCH}} will produce a target architecture name in
mainline sources
- ${MACHINE_GNU_ARCH} is equivalent to ${GNU_ARCH.${MACHINE_ARCH}}
