Update SDL-image to 1.2.1, based on the new package provided by Ben Collver
in pkg/16016.
Relevant changes since 1.2.0:
* Fixed transparency in the GIF loading code
* Added support for the IFF (LBM) image format
* Fixed transparency in 8-bit PNG files
* Added support for loading XPM image data directly
