Update to 1.0.21:
Version 1.0.21 (2009-12-13)
* Add a couple of new binary programs to programs/ dir.
* Remove sndfile-jackplay (now in sndfile-tools package).
* Add windows only function sf_wchar_open().
* Bunch of minor bug fixes.
(The last entry sums up at least the DOS patches we had in pkgsrc.)
