Update to galeon-0.12pre1
Changes from release note:
- Mozilla 0.9.3 compatibility
- gconf port WOOW ;)
- ability to save images, javascript, stylesheets with the page
- menu to move tabs - user agent spoofing
- links drag and drop fixed
- a lot of bugfixes and some memory leak fixed
