Update to avrdude-5.10.
pkgsrc changes:
Rework AVRISP mkII stall workaround.
summary of upstream changes since 5.8:
- Fix problem with loading intel hex rom files that exceed 0x10000 bytes.
- Fix FreeBSD default serial port name.
- jtagmkII.c: If entering JTAG mode fails with a bad JTAG ID message,
retry with external reset applied (in case the target is in sleep
mode or has asserted the JTD bit).
- Fix build for GNU/kFreeBSD.
