  standard_conforming_strings is on.
* Fix erroneous parsing of tsquery values containing ... &
  !(subexpression) | ...
* Fix buffer overrun in "contrib/intarray"'s input function for the
  query_int type.
* Fix bug in "contrib/seg"'s GiST picksplit algorithm.
