Addition of DDD-2.2.3 to the NetBSD packages collection. This was
taken from the FreeBSD ports collection, but has been modified
slightly (to use PAPERSIZE from env or /etc/mk.conf, rather than
hardcoding it), and minor changes in the DESCR file.
