Update to 0.34. From the changelog:
- JSON formatter tests now Win32 compatible
- JSON formatter uses filename/line based IDs rather than memory-location
ones, thanks Tomas Pokorny
- Minor App::pherkin refactor to make harness an attribute, thanks Tomas
