Update to 0.530:

- Allow scalar references for the OUTPUT parameter, inspired by
Simon Oliver's XML::Writer::String (patch from Yanick Champoux)
- Added ENCODING parameter; currently only UTF-8 is supported
- Escape newlines in attribute values
