Make this package to meta packagea containing ruby18-base, ruby18-iconv,
ruby18-dbm, ruby18-gdbm, ruby18-curses, ruby18-readline, ruby18-digest,
ruby18-opnessl, ruby18-tcltklib and ruby18-tk.
Bump PKGREVISION.
