disable IPv6 on Solaris because this package thinks getaddrinfo is
broken and doesn't build:
checking whether to enable ipv6... yes
checking ipv6 stack type... unknown
checking getaddrinfo bug... buggy
Fatal: You must get working getaddrinfo() function.
