Update to flex-2.5.34. Highlights from NEWS:
* flex now provides for a libfl_pic.a compiled with position indep. code.
* introduce yylex_init_extra (c.f. manual)
* pattern language expanded (c.f. manual)
* introduce %option extra-type="your_type *"
* parse multiple short concatenated options
* better checking after yyalloc/yyrealloc
* Expose YY_BUF_SIZE in the header file.
* better escape of filenames with special characters
