- Not only add $CAT[1-9] to _CATLIST, but also $CAT[NL}
- Fixup documentation for CAT<sect>, CATPREFIX.
(these two changes were accidentally committed to the 1.3 branch
as revisions 1.13.2.3 and 1.13.2.4 before!)
