Initial import of samba, from FreeBSD, into the NetBSD packages
collection, thanks to Ty Sarna (tsarna@endicor.com), and addresses the
first part of PR pkg/4746.
The Samba software suite is a collection of programs that implements
the SMB protocol for UNIX systems.
