Upgrade vim packages to vim 5.6.
New since version 5.5
---------------------
Not much:
- New "Edit with Vim" popup menu entry for MS-Windows. Avoids problems with
the MS Office taskbar.
- 18 new syntax files.
- "z+" and "z^" commands.
And many bug fixes! This version is aimed at stability.
