Update to 6to4-1.1:
* Don't create extra (tmp) rtadvd.conf, assume /etc/rtadvd.conf has
no interface specs, and just that.
* Don't suggest clients set an explicit (static) default route. This
will happen automatically.
* Update manpage and html page
