Note the start of the freeze for new functionality and infrastructure
changes, in preparation for pkgsrc-2012Q2.
There will be one more change forthcoming, to be made to the
infrastructure related to shared libraries - it will be discussed and
reviewed on the mailing lists prior to commit.
