Update to 1.3.13:
* Build improvements: Requires automake-1.7, and calls GTK_DOC_CHECK.
(Padraig O'Briain, Matthias Clasen, some from Tomas Kloczko)
* bugfixes (bad g_free, and a null string issue that caused SEGV on
Solaris when running sample programs).
