Set --sysconfdir=${PKG_SYSCONFDIR} so that SYSTEM_XPDFRC in
${PREFIX}/include/poppler/poppler-config.h is set appropriately
for the user's PKG_SYSCONFBASE setting.
Use the PAPERSIZE variable to set the a4 option, the same way the
xpdf package does it.
