Update squid package to 2.5.11 (2.5.STABLE11 + official 6 patches).

o pkgsrc changes: change DIST_SUBDIR to ${PKGNAME_NOREV} only (stop
  using time stamp) since squid's patches are provided with revision
  if updated.
