Update to 4.18.0, provided by Jeroen Ruigrok van der Werven in PR 30424.
Includes a number of patches to fix build on DragonFlyBSD.
Changes since 4.17.2:
Glimpse 4.18.0 has new configure script generated by autoconf 2.57
- may fix compilation problems on FreeBSD
