Bring support for --workdir to mkbinarykit (and cleanup)
Add a new flag to mkbinarykit that circumvents building a kit -- this
allows you to first run ./bootstrap and then just ./mkbinarykit so
you don't have to rebuild it again.
Minor cleanup (sort OPSYS)
