Update to 1.0.2:
* Fixes:
- Protect proxy variables with mutex locks, should resolve some more
BSD-related threading issues.
- Use libcurl's unescape method rather than our own, fixes a NetBSD
character conversion problem.
- Fix C99-ism which was preventing successfull compilation on
GCC-2.95 (Julio M. Merino Vidal).
