Update to 2.1.0.8 (2.1pre8).
Changes:
Use arrow keys to select links in graphics mode
Max tries 0 means unlimited retries
Updated russian translation
parse_element rewritten to be faster because it is most used function
Use hash for cache of table cell sizes -- improves performance
Do not display '0xa0' on terminal
Do not put characters <= 0x20 to HTTP request
Clipboard pasting into links (works from all applications).
Fixed file uploading bug.
Fixed usemap & image scaling
Fixed bug in XBM parser.
"Kill all connections" function.
"Abort and delete file" button in download window.
