Update to 2.1.0.12 (2.1pre12):
Fixed memory leak with Content-Type at http.c:37
Workaround broken cfmakeraw on AIX
Users can enter own shell command for executing external programs.
Commands in X are executed in xterm, not on console.
Do not send Range on refresh
More information on image files in Info menu.
