Add USER_LDFLAGS="-L${BUILDLINK_DIR}/lib" to CONFIGURE_ENV.
This change is untested, but won't break things and should fix
Chuck Cranor's KDE2 build problem (could you confirm it, please?)
I have too slow box to compile whole kde2 now.
