definition. INTERACTIVE_STAGE can take any of the values: fetch, configure, build and install Multiple values are allowed: e.g. INTERACTIVE_STAGE= configure install Explain INTERACTIVE_STAGE and its use in documentation. Patches provided by Chris Pinnock (cjep@netbsd.org).

Line length fix on framebuffer. New domain names Croatian translation Small change in x.c to work on some 8-bit displays. Fixed mem_free(NULL) in x.c:1001

2002-07-02Add cnprint-3.30b: Print & convert CJK style text to PostScripthubertf5-0/+146
CNPRINT is a utility to print Chinese/Japanese/Korean (CJK) text (or convert to PostScript) under DOS, VMS and UNIX systems. It works just as a print command on your system. Currently GB, Hz, zW, BIG5, CNS, JIS, EUC, Shift-JIS, KSC, UTF8, UTF7 and UTF16 formats are supported. CNPRINT also has many other features, among them: * print all CJK codes using a single Unicode CJK font * print GB using Big5 fonts or print Big5 using GB fonts * multiple columns, vertical printing, change font or character size within document * phrase-based GB<->BIG5 conversions * built-in HZ<->GB conversion * repair/re-format functions for CJK text * envelope and address label printing * decode MIME quoted printable (=20=3C=5E like text) * true type fonts (TTF) support With its full Unicode support, it should be able to print other language (e.g. Thai, Vietnames, Arabic as well). For more information, please read the help file. Package created after reading Hal Snyder's excellent article on DaemonNews: http://ezine.daemonnews.org/200202/japanese-netbsd.html

2002-07-01Add and enable p5-Image-Info.wiz1-1/+2
2002-07-01Initial import of p5-Image-Info:wiz4-0/+37
This Perl extention allows you to extract meta information from various types of image files. In this release the following file formats are supported: JPEG (plain JFIF and Exif) PNG GIF PBM/PGM/PPM SVG XBM/XPM BMP/DIB/RLE
2002-07-01Mark this package as only for NetBSD-1.6B or later. This still isn'tagc1-2/+2
perfect, since I have problems building this on a 1.6B machine which does not have kttcp in the kernel.
2002-07-01Add and enable p5-XML-YAWriter.wiz1-1/+2
2002-07-01Initial import of p5-XML-YAWriter:wiz4-0/+29
YAWriter implements Yet Another XML::Handler::Writer. The reasons for this one are that I needed a flexible escaping technique, and want some kind of pretty printing.
2002-07-01Update to 3.26:wiz2-5/+5
Avoid core dump in some cases where the callback croaks. The perl_call_method and perl_call_sv needs G_EVAL flag to be safe. New parser attributes; 'attr_encoded' and 'case_sensitive'. Contributed by Guy Albertelli II <guy@albertelli.com>. HTML::Entities - don't encode \r by default as suggested by Sean M. Burke. HTML::HeadParser - ignore empty http-equiv - allow multiple <link> elements. Patch by Timur I. Bakeyev <timur@gnu.org> Avoid warnings from bleadperl on the uentities test.

2002-07-01Make Amaya build on NetBSD 1.4.kristerw4-6/+44
NetBSD 1.4 does not have wchar.h, but everything needed by Amaya is defined in stdlib.h. So add a wchar.h test to configure, and protect inclusion of wchar.h by HAVE_WCHAR_H. Solves PR 12358.
2002-06-30Allow a "k", "m", or "g" suffix to be added to a byte count tothorpej1-4/+37
multiply it by 1024, 1024 * 1024, or 1024 * 1024 * 1024, respectively.
2002-06-30kmahjogg: fix one place where memory was read after it was freed; thisjdolecek2-1/+23
previously crashed with MALLOC_OPTIONS=J
2002-06-30Don't enter the non-GIMP subdirectories of src since we configurejlam2-1/+15
gimp-print to not use those bits anyway. This sidesteps that awfulness in src/cups that potentially creates empty directories in /usr, then later removes them if they're empty. Fixes pkg/17244 by douglas@fang.demon.co.uk.
2002-06-30Also report speed in Megabits/sec (both 1024- and 1000-based Mega).thorpej1-2/+6
2002-06-30Remove "-c ..." from the usage.thorpej1-4/+3
2002-06-30add entry for NS_USE_SUNOS. If defined, the netscape and communicatordmcmahill1-1/+7
packages will use the old SunOS-4.1 binaries. Otherwise, default to using the recently enabled Solaris-2.5.1 binaries which include more modern releases.
