Fix C++ RTL usage: c_str is how to get the representation, not getCStr.
Attempt to fix declaration of static template members. Be conditional
for GCC 3.4+ for now, it conflicts with the constructor in GCC 3.3.
Attempt to fix timezone usage as found in other packages.
Use PTHREAD_* variables instead of hard-coded -lpthread.
Don't look for _nl_domain_bindings in -lintl, libintl uses a different
prefix.
Remove harmfull class keywords in friend declarations.

Firefox is called "Deerpark" and has the blue globe logo without the fox.
As of currently, we do not have permission of The Mozilla Foundation to
redistribute builds with official branding, but users are allowed to build it
for themselves, hence the option. Once we've got this permission from Mozilla
(Hubert and I are working on this), this option will become a default.
The same will apply to Thunderbird once we've updated it to 1.5.

i386-pc-dragonflybsd instead of i386-pc-dragonflybsd1. Saves a few
forks and execs and makes DragonFly more homogenous with NetBSD.

Version 2.1.2:
Bug fixes; see ChangeLog for details
Version 2.1:
Added support for raw Commodore C2N tape archives. Renamed the
CP/M-related options to -m and -M, so that the C2N-related options can be
-c and -C.
Version 2.0.5:
Mikko Suonio provided patches for tolerating truncated T64 and Lynx
archives. His patches also handle single-file T64 archives that have
number of entries set to zero, and Lynx archives that have file names
starting with a space.
Version 2.0.5.1:
It was brought to my attention that Lynx 17 on the Commodore 64 and some
other utilities do not recognize the Lynx archives created by cbmconvert.
I slightly modified the magic cookie to fix the problem.

Version 4.1.4
=============
This version fixes some bugs with deallocating ColorMaps and fix building
on several platforms.
* Fix several areas in decoding where we removed a ColorMap from our GifFile
but didn't set the pointer to NULL. This could lead to double free's of
the ColorMap.
* Fix a bug in dev2gif.c where we redefined some gl types incorrectly.
* Fix building on Windows. Note -- there has been one API changing event for
Windows (renaming DrawText to DrawGifText.) This should have conflicted with
Windows API and therefore caused the builds to fail previously. If you had
it working with DrawText before, apologies, you'll need to change to
DrawGifText in your code. This only affects Windows.
* Add support for building on The Game Boy Advance. Note: Due to the GBA's
limited memory, the API for the GBA uses short's in many places where the
other platforms use ints. This shouldn't affect anyone unless you've
been able to get an older version of the code to run on GBA and want to
start using this version instead. A recompile of your dependent code
will be necessary in this case.

- The most common/important file formats are recognized based on file
contents, not just file name and MIME-type. Detects WMF files, to
allow reliable blacklisting. Detects when people try to disguise
non-JPEG/GIF/PNG content as such files and defangs such attachments.
- Bug fixed, where disinfection wouldn't result in the modification
count of a message being incremented. Some 3rd party systems rely
on the modification count to determine whether to use the output or
not. This is a critical fix for such systems.
- Improved handling of Yahoo DomainKeys.
- Fixed crash when multiple Content-Transfer-Encoding headers were
present in the same message part.
- Added mailblogger.pl, to the distribution. This program has
nothing to do with security, but uses the MIMEStream parser to
extract images from e-mail and can subsequently generate thumbnails
and re-post both text and images to a web-site, to implement
email-to-www gateway functionality. (E.g. mobile blogging.)
