Change ns-open to always start a new netscape process for URLs containing a
comma, rather than trying to URL encode them.
The XChangeProperty() call inside ns-remote interprets commas as deliminating
optional arguments and does not handle URL encoded commas.

touch some files before the configure script is run, and some more
afterwards. We touch the files afterwards since the configure script can
get modified after it is run, and touching some files afterwards prevents
them from being regenerated if they depend on the configure script.

main claim to fame over "festival" seems to be that it's in the public
domain, we'll decline to install the British dictionary, which is licensed
"No Commercial Use".
[Besides the British dictionary, the home site has a few other dictionaries
and utilities that could well go into seperate packages.]

This package compiles only on i386 with the new toolchain (new gas to be specific).
If you've got new gas handy, it should compile on 1-5, too; need to investigate.
ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM is set to NetBSD-1.5[Y-Z]*-i386
MPlayer is a movie player for UNIX. It plays most MPEG, AVI and ASF files,
supported by many native and Win32 DLL codecs. You can watch VCD, DVD and even
DivX movies too. The another big feature of mplayer is the wide range of
supported output drivers. It works with X11, Xv, DGA, OpenGL, SVGAlib, fbdev,
but you can use SDL (and this way all drivers of SDL, for example AAlib) and
some lowlevel card-specific drivers (for Matrox) too! Most of them supports
software or hardware scaling, so you can enjoy movies in fullscreen. And what
about the nice big antialiased shaded subtitles (7 supported types!!!) with
hungarian, english, cyrillic, czech, korean fonts, and OSD?
It's a christmas present for -current users!

release notes are:
4.60 November 9, 2001
Added special handling to and corrected bugs in
the matching of IPv4 in IPv6 addresses to -i6:<...>
selectors.
...
Made lsof's method of killing its child process
more robust, based on a suggestion from Bela Lubkin
<belal@caldera.com>.
...
Modified all dialect Makefile segments to accept
select -v #define's from the environment -- a
builder's comment, host, logname, system information
and user name. This was done for Bela Lubkin, so
he can "tune" the -v output when he packages lsof
in the upcoming Caldera OSR 5.0.7 release.
The relevant #define from the last note is LSOF_BLDCMT which is
currently assigned the value "NetBSD pkgsrc rocks!" :)

mlterm is a Multi Lingual TERMinal emulator for X. It supports
many character sets, many encodings, and many other decorative
functions. Since mlterm retains character tables in memory to
convert characters between UCS and other encodings, it consumes a
lot of memory while running, so it's recommended that you open
multiple ptys in one process.
Provided in PR 15002 by Masao Uebayashi <uebayasi@soum.co.jp>,
modified slightly by myself to use NetBSD's libtool, to correct
slight wording difficulties in the description, and to generalise
the hardcoded paths in Makefile.in files.
