Add lastlogx support (XXX someone check this please, XXX need a autoconfig
check for this?)
This avoids the previous brute-force hack that disabled utmpx support
on NetBSD completely.

- fix a bug in GDL ctree which crashs dc_gui. Bug fixed by Raphael Scott.
- new button added to start a dummy client (requires DCTC 0.83.5).
- command line option added: -s. This command temporarily disables the autostart
of clients which can be useful when an invalid hub has this flag set.
- command line option added: -h. This flag requires a parameter, a hub address
and port. When this option is given, the GUI will automatically start a new
DCTC connected to the given hub address. When this option is given, you must
also give the option -p (see below).
- command line option added: -u. This flag requires a parameter, a dchub:// URL
When this option is given, the GUI will automatically start a new DCTC
connected to the given hub address. When this option is given, you must also
give the option -p (see below).
- command line option added: -p. This flag requires a parameter, the name of
an existing profile to use. This option is needed for both -h and -u.
- command line option added: -e. When this flag is specified, the program ends
immediatly before displaying any window. This flag is useful with both -h
and -u to avoid to have as many GUI as DCTC client.
Also, de-internationalize a bit more.

* Updated Norwegian documentation.
* Updated German translation.
* Fixed problem where some locales wouldn't get translated stamps.
* Various sayings can be used instead of just 'Great!'. See 'src/great.h'
* Text tool checks width of character in font, rather than relying on
'isprint()' - this SHOULD help unicode characters work in the Text tool.
* Updated Spanish translation.
* Increased scrollbar repeat speed.

Currently only used by www/netscape7 but this can potentially be used by
many packages to help localize the installation. Ok'd by wiz.

Here is quote from 2.0's release announce but changes from 2.0 to 2.1 are
unknown.
New in this version of RATS:
RATS can now descend through directories recursively, analyzing any supported
source code it finds.
Ability to output results as HTML or XML.
Result output can contain the line of code that caused each problem to be
reported, along with the column number in the source file the problem was
detected at.
RATS will now report various statistics at the end of the reporting phase,
including total time spend on the analysis, and number of source lines analyzed.
Various database additions.
A new database file, rats-openssl, which aids in analyzing any code that
utilizes the OpenSSL C API. (Thanks to Ben Laurie for contributing this
database)

as discussed on pkgsrc-changes. Sorry everybody for the mess, this
(hopefully) was the last episode of netscape7's big PLIST/distinfo-shuffle
(aka 'why-cvs-really-should-have-a-mv-command').

This release adds pictures of Euro coins, a Norwegian translation
of spoken number sounds, and updates to the French translation(the
documentation is translated to French). "Happy face" stamps (with
sounds), "Halloween" stamps (with sounds), and some more "symbol"
stamps (heart, star, paw-print) were created. A Neil Armstrong
sound was added to the "Apollo lander" stamp.

Our utmpx (at least in current) is good enough to be recognized, but
the configure script/ifdef logic assumes we are SysV then, unless
overriden as Solaris (RXVT_UTMP_AS_UTMPX). But we are BSD style utmpx,
so no ut_id, ut_pid, ut_type and friends.

New Features
In order to improve the out-of-box responsiveness of Ethereal and
Tethereal, network name resolution has been disabled by default.
TCP analysis (a feature added in the 0.9.6 release) was improved.
The NCP code base received quite a few updates.
Initial support for version 2 of the GTK+ library was added.
RPC staticstics (which use the new Tap API) were added.
Due to added and updated support for the NTLM, SNEGO, and GSS-API
protocols, Ethereal can now dissect most of the security blobs for
Windows 2000 authentication.
The Ethernet "manuf" file now handles addresses specified with a
mask, and contains many well-known addresses.

On systems w/ Xvfb, create a virtual display, because that's all that's
needed for building.

Major changes include:
- SpamAssassin now *REQUIRES* procmail for local delivery support; "-P"
option is now the default. Unless you use procmail, Mail::Audit, KMail,
or an MTA-level integration, do not upgrade blindly, your mail *WILL*
spill all over the floor in a big mess.
- significant speed increases, mostly from Matt Sergeant and Dan Quinlan
- bugs in whitelist_to, all_spam_to and friends fixed
- rules which were causing too many false-positives removed or fixed:
DOUBLE_CAPSWORD, UPPERCASE_25_50, PARTIAL_RFC_2369, MSGID_CHARS_SPAM,
many others
- lots of rule fixes, and lots of new rules
