Since these are generated from the contents of /usr/include, and varies
from release to release, the version number for this packages is simply
the OS_VERSION, e.g. p5-perl-headers-1.4.2, p5-perl-headers-1.5C.
This package closes PRs: 6369, 7422.

has been kind enough to accept our patches back into the main source tree.
Many thanks to him.

interface and usability enhancements.

* The display can now be lozenge-shaped (the way a real lava lamp
is). This is controlled by the "lozenge" resource.
* FreeBSD now drops setgid privileges.
* Fixed bugs in handling .lavapsrc files.
* In some cases lavaps would go into infinite blob growth or shrinkage.
* Process control (nice, renice, kill) added.
* Some of the "halo" around lozenge windows fixed.
* Dependence on an external ``whoami'' program removed.
* Process name added to proc menu.
* Handling of window decorations (the ``halo'' bug) mostly cleaned up.
* Shaped windows can now be disabled completely.
* Fix for the "infinite growth on start" bug that occurred if no
geometry was specified.

|
Digest::MD5 will now try to fallback to the pure perl
implementation of Digest::Perl::MD5 if bootstrap fails.
Added a bit internal paranoia about casting the IV
in the Digest::MD5 object to the MD5_CTX* pointer.

* New handling of command line options:
- can be abbreviated to shortest unique prefix
-help now works and is up-to-date
* New customization variable:
$T2H_HREF_DIR_INSTEAD_FILE:
if set (e.g., to index.html) replace hrefs to this file
(i.e., to index.html) by ./
* New command-line option:
-toc_file FILE
for those who want the TOC to be in FILE
* New customization variables:
$T2H_SPLIT_INDEX [default: = 100]
index pages are split at next letter, if more than that many entries
$T2H_NODE_NAME_IN_MENU [default = 0]
for enforcing node names in meny entries
$T2H_AVOID_MENU_REDUNDANCY [default = 1]
to avoid display of duplicate meny entry information
$T2H_INDEX_CHAPTER [default = '']
if set, use chapter of this name for 'Index' Button in
navigation bars, else use first chapter whose name matches
"index" (case insensitive).
$T2H_TOP_HEADING [ default = '']
if non-empty, and no heading is in Top node, then use this as heading
for top node/section; otherwise, use @settitle, @shorttitle.
* index generation: observes typesetting in fixed-width font, @ftable,
@vtable implemented
* By default, $T2H_TOP_FILE is not set, and so $docu_name.html is used.
* Added T2H_print_chapter_header, T2H_print_chapter_footer for more
fine-grained control of T2H_SPLIT eq 'chapter', added option
-section_navigation, $T2H_SECTION_NAVIGATION to supress output of
navigation panels per section
* naming scheme and calling convention of customizable subs changed:
prefix T2H_, call &$T2H_, assignment $T2H_<name> = \&T2H_DEFAULT_<name>
* Initialization as suggested by Peter Moulder:
1. /usr/local/etc/texi2htmlrc (or whatever given by --sysconfdir to
configure)
2. $HOME/.texi2htmlrc
3. command-line options, including -init_file
where later options override previous ones.
* Automatic node pointer creation added
* @enddots, @exclamdown, @pounds, and relatives added.
* primitve foreign language support
* support of all "Umlaute"
* anchors, macros
* latex2html incooperation
* customizable page layout (texi2html.init)
* index as table with corresponding sections

a card-carrying statistician). Relevant changes from version 3.52.9:
Switched to using sigsetjmp/siglonjmp when available to
preserve signal masks (allows CONTROL-C to work on Linux).
Modified startup to start hidden and minimized if -Embedded is
in the command line.
Cleaned up get-decoded-time.
Removed savesys.lsp from distribution to force using
save-workspace directly when building the mac or windows
workspaces. Using save-workspace from within a file means
some special variables are bound.
Added support for FreeBSD (enabled standard IEEE handling of
floating point zero divide).
Added SYSTEM:TYPED-VECTOR-ELEMENT-SIZE.
Added unsigned C character to typed vector types.
Added cptr-protect to add values onto list of values protected
by a typed pointer.
Added user exit functions.
Added support for weak boxes.
Added binding of *print-readably* to nil around default
handler printing code and around do-debugger to avoid
recursive errors.
Added new customizable DDE server.
Added minimal implementations of copy-readtable, readtablep, and
set-syntax-from-char.
Added error check for non-integer index in select.
Fixed defpackage to prevent duplicate nicknames.
Fixed structure printing to inherit print functions.
Fixed lisp2ulong to signal an error for negative instead of
positive arguments.
Fixed buffer underflow problem in floating point formatting.
Fixed make-string to check for negative length argument.
Fixed some documentation mismatches.
