	No PKGREVISION bump since pkg-config is only a BUILD_DEPENDS.
2005-06-01	Remove mk/autoconf.mk and mk/automake.mk and replace their usage with	jlam	1	-8/+6
	USE_TOOLS and any of "autoconf", "autoconf213", "automake" or "automake14". Also, we don't need to call the auto* tools via ${ACLOCAL}, ${AUTOCONF}, etc., since the tools framework takes care to symlink the correct tool to the correct name, so we can just use aclocal, autoconf, etc.
2005-05-22	Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:	jlam	1	-2/+2
	USE_GNU_TOOLS -> USE_TOOLS awk -> gawk m4 -> gm4 make -> gmake sed -> gsed yacc -> bison
