This release fixes a crash bug in the mysql module as well as fixing several minor issues: * Fixed BanCache entries existing after X-line expiry. * Replaced all references to the dead InspIRCd wiki with the new InspIRCd docs site. * Updated all documentation links to use https. * Updated the Module Manager source list for the new inspircd-contrib repository. InspIRCd v2 is now deprecated and will no longer receive security updates after 2020-06-01.

Some assistance and feedback with packaging from the inspircd maintainer, thanks. InspIRCd is a modular Internet Relay Chat (IRC) server. It was created from scratch to be stable, modern and lightweight. It avoids a number of design flaws and performance issues that plague other more established projects, such as UnrealIRCd, while providing the same level of feature parity.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
