2009-01-05I haven't used this since 2006 - relinquish maintainershipabs1-4/+4
2008-05-26Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,joerg1-3/+3
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling pax, it is created as tool after all.
2008-04-07Fix DESTDIR.joerg1-5/+5
2008-03-03Mechanical changes to add full DESTDIR support to packages that installjlam1-3/+5
their files via a custom do-install target.
2007-08-21Update to mu-conference-0.6.0nb6abs2-4/+5
- mu-conference's rc.d script doesn't get the user/pid-file right, and does not set the runtime user From: PR#28600 by Eric Schnoebelen
2007-07-04Make it easier to build and install packages "unprivileged", wherejlam1-2/+3
the owner of all installed files is a non-root user. This change affects most packages that require special users or groups by making them use the specified unprivileged user and group instead. (1) Add two new variables PKG_GROUPS_VARS and PKG_USERS_VARS to unprivileged.mk. These two variables are lists of other bmake variables that define package-specific users and groups. Packages that have user-settable variables for users and groups, e.g. apache and APACHE_{USER,GROUP}, courier-mta and COURIER_{USER,GROUP}, etc., should list these variables in PKG_USERS_VARS and PKG_GROUPS_VARS so that unprivileged.mk can know to set them to ${UNPRIVILEGED_USER} and ${UNPRIVILEGED_GROUP}. (2) Modify packages to use PKG_GROUPS_VARS and PKG_USERS_VARS.
2006-02-05Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.joerg1-2/+2
2006-02-03Fixed pkglint warnings.rillig1-14/+16
2005-12-29Remove USE_PKGINSTALL from pkgsrc now that mk/install/pkginstall.mkjlam1-2/+1
automatically detects whether we want the pkginstall machinery to be used by the package Makefile.
2005-12-05Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, forrillig1-4/+3
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some other changes are outlined in http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-pkg/2005/12/02/0034.html
2005-08-10Remove the abuse of buildlink that was pkg-config/buildlink3.mk. Thatjlam1-3/+2
file's sole purpose was to provide a dependency on pkg-config and set some environment variables. Instead, turn pkg-config into a "tool" in the tools framework, where the pkg-config wrapper automatically adds PKG_CONFIG_LIBDIR to the environment before invoking the real pkg-config. For all package Makefiles that included pkg-config/buildlink3.mk, remove that inclusion and replace it with USE_TOOLS+=pkg-config.
2005-07-21Change path from devel/pkgconfig to devel/pkg-config.wiz1-2/+2
No PKGREVISION bump since pkg-config is only a BUILD_DEPENDS.
2005-06-16Create directories before installing files into them.jlam1-1/+3
2005-05-22Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:jlam1-2/+2
USE_GNU_TOOLS -> USE_TOOLS awk -> gawk m4 -> gm4 make -> gmake sed -> gsed yacc -> bison
2005-05-02RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR is no longer customizable.reed1-1/+2
And always is defined as share/examples/rc.d which was the default before. This rc.d scripts are not automatically added to PLISTs now also. So add to each corresponding PLIST as required. This was discussed on tech-pkg in late January and late April. Todo: remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR uses in MESSAGES and elsewhere and remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR itself.
2005-04-11Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.tv1-3/+1
2005-02-23Add RMD160 digests in addition to SHA1 onesagc1-1/+3
2004-12-28The default location of the pkgsrc-installed rc.d scripts is nowreed1-2/+2
under share/examples/rc.d. The variable name already was named RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR. This is from ideas from Greg Woods and others. Also bumped PKGREVISION for all packages using RCD_SCRIPTS mechanism (as requested by wiz).
2004-12-14Define variables in MAKE_ENV when calling GMAKE directly.minskim1-2/+2
2004-10-03Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues. Update libtool to 1.5.10tv1-2/+2
in the process. (More information on tech-pkg.) Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and installing .la files. Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above via a buildlink3 include.
2004-07-22Convert some C99-isms to C89 to make this build with gcc 2.95.kristerw3-1/+84
2004-07-08Update mu-conference to 0.6.0nb2: > /dev/null 2>&1, not 2>&1 > /dev/nullabs2-6/+6
2004-06-30update mu-conference to 0.6.0nb1abs1-1/+6
