Problems found with existing distfile:
distfiles/libiconv-1.13-cp932.patch.gz
No changes made to the libiconv distinfo file.
Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

many people report this issue and patched by haarg[at]haarg.org

Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

into converters/p5-JSON-PP.
This module is JSON::XS compatible pure Perl module. (Perl 5.8 or later
is recommended). JSON::XS is the fastest and most proper JSON module on
CPAN. It is written by Marc Lehmann in C, so must be compiled and
installed in the used environment.
JSON::PP is a pure-Perl module and has compatibility to JSON::XS.
