2017-02-11The PostgreSQL Global Development Group has released an update to all ↵adam1-2/+1
supported versions of our database system, including 9.6.2, 9.5.6, 9.4.11, 9.3.16, and 9.2.20. This release includes fixes that prevent data corruption issues in index builds and in certain write-ahead-log replay situations, which are detailed below. It also patches over 75 other bugs reported over the last three months.
2016-11-21postgresql95-contrib: Drop uuid-ossp dependency on BSD.tnn1-6/+15
(Use --with-uuid=bsd as per documentation section F.43.2) Also probably fix the UUID extension on Solaris and Linux, but untested.
2016-06-19Import postgresql9[1-5]-contrib packages. These supersede thefhajny3-0/+271
previous handful of packages like -datatypes or -dblink. They contain all of the contrib subtree, matching what similar packages carry in e.g. FreeBSD ports or what PostgreSQL users generally expect. This subtree contains porting tools, analysis utilities, and plug-in features that are not part of the core PostgreSQL system, mainly because they address a limited audience or are too experimental to be part of the main source tree. This does not preclude their usefulness.
