PKGLOCALEDIR and which install their locale files directly under

on, pkgsrc/mk/plist/plist-locale.awk will automatically handle
transforming the PLIST to refer to the correct locale directory.

developer is officially maintaining the package.
The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.
Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

All library names listed by *.la files no longer need to be listed
in the PLIST, e.g., instead of:
lib/libfoo.a
lib/libfoo.la
lib/libfoo.so
lib/libfoo.so.0
lib/libfoo.so.0.1
one simply needs:
lib/libfoo.la
and bsd.pkg.mk will automatically ensure that the additional library
names are listed in the installed package +CONTENTS file.
Also make LIBTOOLIZE_PLIST default to "yes".

relative to ${WRKSRC}. Remove redundant LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE settings that
are automatically handled by the default setting in bsd.pkg.mk.

and PLIST.Linux so it is registered.
Although it has no change for NetBSD, I bumped the PKGREVISION so
it would be clear that this is a different package for Linux.
gdbserver is for SunOS too. Can someone check and add PLIST.SunOS?

base system, people may want to install it from pkgsrc, particularly on
Darwin (?), Linux, SunOS and since there is no problem in having one gdb in
pkgsrc and one in the base-system, no harm is done.
Changes since the last version (4.18) are numerous; highlights include:
* New command "set trust-readonly-sections on[off]".
* New command "generate-core-file" (or "gcore").
* New command line option --pid or -p followed by a process id
* The new `--args' feature can be used to specify command-line arguments
for the inferior from gdb's command line.
* a new `operate-and-get-next' function bound to `C-o'.
