2016-04-22	Switch to the GitHub maintained version of libinotify. This has a	jperkin	2	-7/+12
	number of fixes and improvements compared to the GSOC version. Most notable for pkgsrc is that it now works on Darwin. However it is still version 0, and there is no ChangeLog, so all we can do is bump the PKGREVISION.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
