** C128 changes
- The Z80 emulation has been improved. CP/M will boot now.
- The VDC can display flashing and reverse text attributes now.
** C64 changes
- Fixed crash caused by VIC-II memory corruption.
- Expert cartridge is emulated now.
- Some NTSC fixes. Now the border looks a bit small, but most NTSC
programs should work.
