splitting jisx0208fonts package into multiple packages. Kaname-cho font is a 12x12 dots bitmap font for Japanese. This font was originally designed by Yuuji Ebihara for SX shell under SHARP X68000 personal computer. The conversion to BDF was done by tetsu at kuis.kyoto-u.ac.jp.
