1999-01-30	Replace all occurrences of USE_X11 with USE_X11BASE. This means "install this	agc	1	-2/+2
	package into ${X11BASE}". Replace all occurrences of BUILD_USES_X11 with USE_X11. This means "use X11 headers and libraries to build this package".
1998-08-27	Remove a ton of cruft relating to ELF building of pkgs. The trick I had	garbled	2	-8/+4
	previously used with OBJECT_FMT is not necc. with the revelation that -Wl,-R works. Also fixed alot of PREFIX -> X11BASE typos.

	- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for the home page of the software if it has one. - The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the README.html files. - pkglint updated to know about it. The "correct" location for HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same section.
