2016-02-26Fix pax arguments.jperkin1-2/+2
2015-11-03Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for geography categoryagc1-1/+2
One mismatched digest found in geography/libmemphis02: # package libmemphis02 recorded SHA1 (memphis-0.2.3.tar.gz) = dbc2f61e49b996dc9ca91df0de9a08eb7adbfa9b calculated SHA1 (memphis-0.2.3.tar.gz) = 85993bce12c3616fcf6e7682a70b9605883edec2 No changes were made to the libmemphis02 distinfo file Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
2013-10-18Fix a common mistake in many different packages: POSIX says that when usingbsiegert1-2/+2
pax -rw, the destination directory must exist. pax in NetBSD creates it if not, pax in MirBSD complains. I read through all pkgsrc Makefiles that use pax and added an entry to INSTALLATION_DIRS, or an INSTALL_DATA_DIR invocation. I did not test all the changes but they should be fairly safe. If you notice any breakage because of this change, please contact me.

2008-05-25Explicitly add pax dependency in those Makefiles that use it (or havejoerg1-1/+2
patches to add it). Drop pax from the default USE_TOOLS list. Make bsdtar the default for those places that wanted gtar to extract long links etc, as bsdtar can be built of the tree.
2008-03-04Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that installjlam1-2/+4
their files via a custom do-install target.
2006-09-06Fixed pkglint warnings.rillig1-2/+2
2006-03-04Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where nojlam1-2/+2
developer is officially maintaining the package. The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't developers.
